Lumani Impact, operated by MV ECOM LLC, primarily sells digital products, including downloadable guides, eBooks, educational materials, scripts, checklists, and similar content delivered electronically.

1. Nature of Our Products

All products sold through this website are digital products unless otherwise clearly stated on the product page. Because digital products are delivered instantly or made available shortly after payment, they are generally considered non-returnable and non-exchangeable once access has been provided.

2. General No-Return Rule for Digital Products

Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of our products, all sales are generally final once:

• the order has been completed, and/or
• a download link has been displayed, emailed, or otherwise made available to the customer.

We do not accept returns of digital products that have already been accessed, downloaded, opened, or used, except where required by applicable law.

3. Situations Where a Refund May Be Considered

Although refunds are not normally offered for digital products, we may review refund requests in good faith in the following situations:

• You were charged more than once for the same order due to a duplicate transaction.
• You did not receive the digital product and our support team is unable to provide access within a reasonable period.
• The file is corrupted, inaccessible, or materially defective, and we are unable to replace or repair it.

4. Non-Refundable Situations
